We do the research so you don't have to.
Norva Wellness is a research-first brand covering the topics that actually matter for how you feel, perform, and recover.
Before anything goes on our site or socials, it has to pass one test: would I personally stand behind this for someone I care about?
— Max Stephens, founder of Norva Wellness
Built on Actual Research.
Every topic we cover starts with a deep dive — studies, personal testing, and honest evaluation. Norva was built on real evidence and trust.
If the research is mixed, we say so. If something doesn't hold up, we don't recommend it. We can't, and won't be bought.
What We're Researching
Recovery · Performance · Sleep · Nutrition · Hormonal health · Sauna · Cold Therapy · Supplements · Movement · Strength · Balance
Topics expand as curiosity leads. If we haven't researched it thoroughly, it doesn't go on the site.

FAQs
What makes Norva different from other wellness brands?
Most wellness brands are built around selling a product. Ours starts with a topic and follows the evidence wherever it leads.
The wellness space is full of content designed to funnel you toward a purchase. Influencers take deals on anything with a decent commission. Brands publish "research" that supports whatever they're already selling. The result is an audience that's learned to discount most wellness recommendations, and rightfully so.
Norva exists in the gap between the noise and the actual science. We analyze the studies, test products personally, and publish what we find. We only back products and recommendations we'd stand behind for someone we genuinely care about.
How do you decide what to research and cover?
Honestly, it starts with whatever we're personally trying to figure out. Maybe it's whether a specific supplement actually does what the label claims, how much sleep disruption really affects performance, or whether cold exposure is worth the misery. We start curious, not with a conclusion.
That means reading actual studies, not summaries of summaries, and being honest about what the evidence shows. Sometimes it's strong. Sometimes it's preliminary and overstated. Sometimes the most responsible answer is "we don't know yet, and anyone telling you otherwise is guessing." We publish all three.
What we don't do is start with a product and work backward to justify it. If we haven't looked into something thoroughly enough to feel confident, it doesn't go on the site.
Do you make money from recommendations?
Yes, sometimes. And we'd rather tell you that plainly than bury it in a disclosure nobody reads.
When we recommend a product and link to it, that link may earn us a commission if you buy. That's how a lot of independent content is funded, and Norva is no different. We're not going to pretend otherwise.
What we can tell you is that commission or profit never comes first. We don't adjust our conclusions based on what pays better. If something we've tested and researched is genuinely worth recommending, we'll reach out to them and work our a referral deal. If a product or service isn't genuinely worth recommending, regardless of what it would earn us, we will never recommend it.
The trust is the whole business. The moment we compromise it for a commission, we've lost the only thing that makes Norva worth coming back to.
